Body Posture
Posture of the spine will allow the spine to perform best. The head needs to be directly over the shoulders, centered on the pelvis and hips and over the feet. An easy check to see if you are well balanced is to palpate your posterior spine muscles. If they are tight, you are leaning too far forward and slouched. Habits learned early in life become harder to break later. My best advice is to stand tall, feel your body stretch upward to be as tall as possible. If the ground is in clear vision, you are leaning too far forward.
