Stop Smoking

Smoking cessation promotes the best single health choice. The substances in tobacco products inhibit normal cellular balance. The same way smoking wrinkles the collagen of the skin, the ligaments and disks will age prematurely. The microvasculature system is compromised. Less oxygen gets to the tissues that need it most.
