Stress Relief is essential to a balance in our health. Meditation, prayer, yoga, deep breathing or simple quiet time away from the rigors of life, allows the body and mind, time to rebuild. Stress is a stimulus to invigorate, energize and build our bodies, but the same stress repetitively can wear us down and eventually break us. A normal flow of stress followed by recovery, then repeat stress will make you stronger. Know your body and sense when things are too much then make changes otherwise your body will eventually fail. Make time regularly to rest your body and mind. Try breathing in as deep as possible through the nose, exhale slowly and completely through the mouth, count to five and repeat three times. You just gave your body a minute of stress relief.
